We are an environmentally healthy print-on-demand service meaning that we create and make your order once you make your purchase on our website. Our brand is not fast fashion, more a "trendy" made to order brand. So, for the environmentally conscious, we are using sustainable printing techniques to avoid wasted material and stock manufacturing.
It takes 2–7 business days to create and print our apparel products and then they will be shipped immediately using a shipping method of your choice below. But, 97.66% of orders are shipped within 5 business days and 50% of orders are within 3 business days or less.

Return & Exchange Policy
Errors on Our Part:
We will cover the cost of your return where it is our fault; i.e it's misprinted, damaged or defective. Please first contact us using the form below and attach a photo of the issue.
Any claims for refunds items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Errors on our part include misprinting, damaged or defective items.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please first complete the returns form below and we will notify you of the returns shipping address to use. We cannot guarantee refunds if you simply just send and do not complete the form first.
All sent products are marked with the the return address for your convenience but in order to get the refund you must fill out the form below first and we will organise this our end.
If you would like to return your items for another reason you may do so for store credit within 14 days of when your order was received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and send you an email with your store credit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
All of our items are printed to order meaning we do not keep an inventory, because of this we cannot offer an outright exchange. If you would like a different size or colour, you may return your item for store credit.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us below.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore Mood reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
